· Step one involves scheduling a free 15-25-minute consultation. In this session, we'll explore what’s going on for you, if we have a good connection, and whether I can help you.
· After the consultation, if you would like to proceed we will schedule in our first apt.
· I will then send you an intake form, emergency details, contract, and health questionaries’ that I would need you to complete and send back to me as soon as possible.
· First session (1.5hr) , thereafter 50min sessions. On the day of the session, we will have an overview of the forms, be clear on the goals you wish to work on, and/or explore any concerns you have. This will ensure that I can grasp a solid understanding of the difficulties you have. This session may include an introduction to hypnosis/mindfulness activity. After the session, I may send you a hypnotic/relaxing recording for you to listen to.
· Should your initial session not incorporate any hypnosis or mindfulness techniques, your subsequent sessions will, and uniquely specialised to address your specific needs
· Typically, within my practice I will offer a minimum of 6-8 sessions, alternatively, there is also the option of further sessions. I would encourage that this space is an investment and journey into yourself more than anything.

A Hypnotherapy session is very similar to any other form of psychological therapy. However, with a unique application. Generally, we will proceed with the session with a mood check-in and a conversation to explore how the week went. We may then review any homework set. Following this, the hypnosis process commences, often inducing a sense of initial relaxation and tranquility for most individuals. As this state of relaxation deepens, sensations of lightness, calmness, and the verge of dozing off may be apparent..

No! Despite being in a very relaxed state you are fully aware and focused. If you feel uneasy, or anything that requires your attention you can easily come back into full awareness, of your surroundings immediately.

Improvements vary from person to person, and it depends on various factors like your individual situation, the specific goals you're working towards, and how receptive you are to the techniques used in the sessions. Some people notice changes right away, while others see gradual progress over time. It's essential to be patient and open to the process, as everyone's journey is unique. Trust that positive changes are happening, even if they may not be immediately apparent
